Refund/Exchange & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our freshly made products please provide 3 days after you place an order to cancel for a full refund.
Delivery day
We do not offer full refund for our bakes unless there is an issue where we are found to be at fault.
If you are unsatisfied with your baked goods, please contact our team through cosmobakeology@gmail.com within 24 hours of your delivered bake with the reasons why are you are unsatisfied and any photographic evidence of issues with the bake. It is then at our discretion whether or not you are offered a percentage off your next order or money back to be used with a future purchase with us. As taste and texture are subjective, we would not offer credit, money back, or a percentage off for these reasons.
We cannot be held liable for any damages to bakes once confirmation of delivery has been sent us. We receive an email confirmation of all delivered bakes.
We will do our best to deliver within the given time slot, however as we use a third party delivery service, delivery timing can not be guaranteed. Refunds with not be given for delayed deliveries and any delivery complaints will be forward to our delivery service provider.

Shipment processing time

Orders placed Monday- Friday usually ship within 3-4 business days after your order has been processed. (Weekends & Public Holidays are excluded).
We do not ship on the weekends. If your order is placed on a Friday after 12PM or over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

Cosmo Bakeology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
